Redneck Messiah
The guys ratcheted out their brand style of hard grunge metal also
known as Swamp Metal. These guys were the trigger that launched the concert helping
to get everyone into the rock mode for the evening. From the raunchiness of the
guitar to the deep vocals driving the heat onto the stage, these guys drove the
biker chicks nuts. Their music was hard on the edge and pumping.

Englewood Event Center Public Concert
On September 24th the Englewood Event Center was placed
into a precarious position when it’s Headliner the rock band “WARRANT” known
for their hits “cherry pie” & “heaven” canceled just days before their
appearance for September 26th. Forcing Englewood Event Center to
issue refunds on previously purchased tickets, thankfully these circumstances
don’t happen too often.
However the night was not wasted, Loren Berry the Events Manager for
the Englewood Event Center turned the loss into an opportunity for two local
bands and the community by turning the event into a public concert. “Maiden
Cane” who would have been opening up for WARRANT became the Headliner and
“Storm Warning” opened up for Maiden Cane. Both bands did a great job keeping
the audience entertained and energized along with making the house happy. Just
over 200 people came out and partied in rock and roll fashion without WARRANT,
sometimes the best talent is in one’s own back yard. Loren Berry was amazed and stated no one left.

Attention All Songwriters
From the creators of Musik and Film. More opportunities for songwriters to get your songs heard by some of the leading industry people. Do I have a hit Song? This is a New TV Show which gives the artist the possibility of obtaining world wide exposure through a voting system. Basically whomever gets the most votes for their song gets major publicity blitz and support in having their song exposed and distributed to the world. Today's market is now dominated by an Indie Market which basically means that everything that the big record labels used to do as far as promotion is now totally in the hands of the artist. Musik and Film is helping to provide greater expansion for the indie artist looking to be heard.

Matthew James Allen a singer/songwriter
Here is an indie artist making waves in the folk scene.
Matthew James Allen a singer/songwriter from East Texas is an Independent
artist listed under Producer Frank Pryor’s Artistry Entertainment Group. Matthew
has two single’s “Don’t Let Go” and “You” which were released June, 17th
2014. Each song is beautifully written with an amazing sound, “Don’t Let Go” is
reminiscent of Bread & Air Supply, a very easy going feeling. On “You” I
hear a softer version of Kurt Cobain. Matthew has got it going on and it is no
surprise that he is gaining attention, as it is well deserved. After having
listened to his songs a number of times there is no doubt that he is a very
gifted song smith. His writing is very deep and personable and one can tell that
he sings from his heart especially with “Don’t Let Go” which is filled with spiritually
shifting life challenges that are emotionally based on very real experiences. He
has had some minor success in the past with another band he fronted called
Midwinter in the early part of 2000. Matthew James Allen is someone to keep
your eyes and ears on with anticipation. An Exceptional Talent.
You can find Matthew on a number of sites:

Maiden Cane at the Englewood Events Center
"Maiden Cane" a relatively new band from SW Florida hit a Grand Slam last night at the Englewood Events Center where they along with another local band called "Trilogy" opened for National Recording Artist "Head East". While Trilogy's members are only teenagers with the oldest being 17 and the youngest 15 they were given the opportunity to help open for a National act by "Maiden Cane's" Jim Kiefer. Jim stated he has heard them play and while they are young even with their occasional cord mishap he thought is would be a good experience for them. Give them something to remember. Each act handled about 90 minutes of rock and roll memories. However at around 9:00 pm is when the thunder struck and "Maiden Cane" took the stage and literally rocked the house.
Members include:
"Noise Maker" Robb Foran on Vocals and Guitar; Joey Gilbert: Guitar & lead Guitar; Rich Schoepfer on Guitar & lead Guitar; Jim Keifer: "Smokin thunder"on Bass; John Stickelmaier on drums & percussion and Billy Day on synthesizer & keyboards.
Everyone on to the dance floor moving, rocking and moshing with Live action all the way through. These guys turned their cover line up into their own and dominated the stage. And once "Head East" got up there, there was no slowing down. No ego's just a lot a fun and teamwork and good O'l fashion 70's, 80's and 90's Rock and Roll!!!
